Katie Yohe discovered Pilates as a teenager, while participating in a musical theatre intensive. She immediately saw the positive effects of Pilates on her acting, dancing and singing, and has been a devotee ever since then.

Ms. Yohe earned her Stott Pilates mat and reformer certification in April 2008, and looks forward to completing her full instructor certification in the next few months. As a new instructor, Katie’s teaching style is evolving, but she always enjoys making her clients laugh and enjoy each session.

Ms. Yohe graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University with her BFA in Drama.

Katie is passionate about acting, animal rescue, volunteering, traveling, and experimenting in the kitchen!

Ms. Yohe joined the Harmony staff as Client Relations Manager in May 2007, and began her Pilates instructor apprenticeship in December 2007. In April 2008, Katie joined the staff as a certified Pilates instructor.
