Lindsay Schwab - Lindsay was introduced to Pilates as an undergraduate Dance major at the University of Iowa. She soon realized the lasting benefits of Pilates while rehabilitating a back injury, and has been a devotee ever since. Ms. Schwab decided to further her Pilates education at the Stott Pilates Training Center in New York City, where she completed the essential, intermediate and advanced levels of Stott Pilates Mat and Reformer work.

Lindsay looks forward to completing her full Stott Pilates Certification in Chicago, while teaching at Harmony.

Ms. Schwab earned her B.A. in Dance from the University of Iowa in 2007.

Lindsay joined the Harmony staff as an Apprentice Instructor in March 2008.
